Lizzie and Sieglinde, ?? years later
I really, really hope we'll get a chance to see Lizzie and Sieglinde interact again!! It would be absolutely perfect if Lizzie, who's currently at rock bottom emotionally, unexpectedly received some support and a fresh perspective from a new friend.
Sieglinde could share her own story. How she was a pawn in the hands of her own mother, the woman who ideally should have been her closest person. How her mother made her commit terrible acts in the name of a "greater good", believing she was serving her country. And yet Sieglinde managed to recover from the lies and betrayal, step into a new life, and reject someone else's violent goals.
And in the same way, Sieglinde could tell Lizzie that she doesn't have to stay on r!Ciel's side just out of duty or guilt if she realises he's doing something wrong. That she doesn't have to sacrifice her life for either of the Phantomhive twins, because Lizzie is so talented and amazing. And if the twins didn't appreciate her enough to accept her for who she is or be honest with her, then they don't deserve her.
Elizabeth needs to hear this. That there's a way out. That she's not alone in her trauma. And that she's nowhere near as horrible as she thinks she is.
No one could understand her the way Sieglinde can.

I can see them as becoming friends but not lovers. There’s been no indication that either of them is interested in girls/women. Besides, they are both still minors. You talk of the sorts of things underage girls sometimes do, even if they like boys.
I would much prefer that Lizzie gets to live to adulthood (since that’s a bit iffy right now) and discovers how cute and sweet and awesome Charles Phipps really is. Plus, he’s younger than Charles Grey, so the age difference wouldn’t be too big (once she’s of age). I’m all about adult Lizzipps. Let them get married, have babies, and also raise chickens and bunnies.
Sieglinde? Gah! She’s like 11 or 12? I cannot fathom her with anyone. Not beyond friendship. Not anytime soon. I swear, she gets her filthy words from what she heard in the witch’s village and from the books she had access to there. Her precociousness is not something to be taken advantage of. Also, Wolfram would beat the living hell out of anyone who tried... as he should.

Lizzy chattered gaily to her dark-haired companion about horseback riding with Edward. It had been two weeks since she’d paid Sieglinde Sullivan a call, and she was delighted to see with her new friend again. Then she caught a glimpse of those emerald green eyes, and the words died on her lips. Sieglinde’s lively, vivacious expression had been supplanted by a deep sadness. The other girl glanced down at her legs, which dangled limply from the plush sofa where she and Elizabeth sat.
“What’s the matter?” Lizzy asked anxiously.
Siegelinde chewed her bottom lip. “It’s…I must be pretty boring to you, sometimes. Even with my inventions, there’s so much I can’t do because of my legs…and…well, wouldn’t you rather be out having fun instead of being stuck here with me?”
Lizzy’s hands flew to her mouth, and her eyes grew hot with tears.
“How could you say something like that?!” she sobbed, throwing her arms around Sieglinde. “There is nothing wrong with you! You’re dreadfully clever—one of the smartest people I know! I’ve never met anyone like you before. Who cares if there are some things you can’t do? You’re amazing just the way you are!”
Sieglinde’s arms wrapped about Lizzy’s midriff as tight as they could. Impulsively, Lizzy kissed the top of her head. Both she and Sieglinde blushed, though Lizzy wasn’t sure why. Sieglinde nestled against the crook of her neck. “You’re amazing too, you know,” she whispered.
