There's just something so funny about my brain deciding to hyperfixate on tlnm rather than the series itself when we know which one has a lottt more content 😭😭😭girl I am DYING for content rn since Lego probably does not gaf about the movie anymore but at the same time consuming content from the series feels so different????NOT to say I dislike the series in any way because so far I've been enjoying dragons rising a lot(and can't wait to rewatch s2 p2 again) but it's just not it yk???????stop this is so cruel why did it have to be the movie instead

Some of y'all kids that rely on how your art is received should learn to identify whether the person is enjoying art or "supporting content creators" 🤔 Because when it is the latter, their opinion or lack of thereof doesn't mean anything. The latter sort is likely to promote the mediocrity and passively-aggressively avoid acknowledging the talents based on where they want the artist to be, when creativity is about the creation and not the creator. Or they default to seeing creators as ideological soldiers in The Whole Thing, thus only caring about whether the drawing "contributes" anything to "counter" those other guys by numbers.

In either case, before you are sad that *insert that one user* doesn't support you, make sure that they're not the latter type. The latter type could not have a true appreciation for you anyway, likes and reblogs are just hollow numbers with context detached! In simpler words, chose who you give the privilege to make you feel unaccomplished very carefully. Because pleasing a person without real eye for passion, originality and talent is NOT an accomplishment at all.
