FANART!!!! I’m not the best artist, and not really good at coloring either but i hope it looks okay! Been wanting to make this since you drop the updated looks of Emery and Beetroot. Took one look at the baby and goes ‘i’ve GOT to hold him now!’. I spend some time to search for a background that matches the IF’s aesthetic (black and gold) but alas i’ve found none so i decided to just (try) make one myself😅 And yes! I headcanon my mc wears a pin of Owl Emery because let’s be real, if everyone wears a pin of their familiar’s animal form it would be real cute!(and maybe somewhat helpfull… or not ig)

Welp, the submission was actually too long to post and giving me errors, so I hope you don't mind that I cut it and made a separate post!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this! My birthday was mostly just a normal and boring day for me, but I really do appreciate (and agree with) the sentiment and the message.

And I gotta say, the whole conversation felt kinda trippy to me (especially because of a certain scene in IAC). 😅 It's weird—I don't actually consider MC and MC's Twin as actual characters, like I do with say, JM or Lily. They're just... me. In my mind Wayne and Roselyna will always be the original twins of the story so there's a bit of a disconnect that I can't quite explain. I did actually laugh a few times though because I can see myself writing some of those lines and phrases, hehe. 😛 So good job with that!

On another note, I also just noticed you tagged me in one of your posts! Unfortunately I never got any notifications from Tumblr, so sorry about that! Although I'll probably need to update the character template in the next update because of all the new traits.

No, I don't think anyone in F6E knows martial arts. Although, it's probably not a surprise that Lily is quite knowledgeable with self-defense techniques courtesy of Richie. Wayne would probably want to learn, but he wouldn't have the discipline for it.

And I guess Lily plays basketball occasionally, but I'm not sure if it's her favorite sport (I'm not at all a sports person so it's not something I think about often). I mostly made her wear a jersey for the 42 reference, hehe.

At this point it's too early to say anything definitive about what would happen to the Dashingdon demo, but I can at least promise that Volume 1 (Chapters 1-7) would be completed in ChoiceScript first before I start fully working on the VN.

The code conversion process (at least porting the choices over) is actually easy (just fairly tedious) so I might continue working on CS, but it's also extra work that I'm not sure would be worth it.

Dear diary, i got sick today in the middle of school so this got me thinking, how would the f6e members+B(if they're already mc's bestfriend/mutual crush) react to mc getting very sick (like say, a pretty high fever or something) but is determind NOT to go home early because "I'm fine!"(no they're not, mc look like they're about to faint) and, yeah, they're just insisting that they're 'not sick' because they want to act tough/doesn't want to be 'dramatic' over what they say is a 'tiny' sickness?

Ohh, I hope you get better soon! Weirdly enough I also felt a lil sick as I started answering this yesterday, so... 😅

I do kinda want to have a scene like in the story because you can't have slice-of-life without someone getting sick, but I'm not really sure who, where and how that would go yet.

You know, I'm starting to notice that most of Wayne's reactions depends on MC's personality, at least more so than the others. He's more likely to go along with Silly MC—if MC says they're not sick, then they're not sick (although there's still a limit of course, at which point he'll tell JM or a teacher directly and try to pretend he didn't do that).

Otherwise, he'd be a lot more concerned. He still won't get help immediately, but he'll say stuff like they can't have fun together if MC is sick, or if they have a mutual crush, he'll offer to help with their homework, or maybe give them a kiss on the cheek once they get better, to encourage MC to go home.

He'd prefer not to get sick, but he wouldn't make any active efforts to avoid getting sick either. He did get willingly sick with Roselyna once when they were younger.

Rosie would be very conflicted about not being able to give MC a hug. She'd believe MC at first, but she won't be able to focus and will look over them constantly to make sure they're fine, offering to give them food or water (she always has snacks on her bag of course) or anything else she can do.

After a while she'll start doubting MC and tell them they're being more stupid than Wayne for at least not going to the clinic. She'll offer to go with MC, and try anything to get them to do that. She might get all pouty and angry or cry if MC keeps being insistent.

She'd tell them to drop the act (and that they're not proving anything) a couple of times, maybe get back with a retort about how they're not all that tough that one time, and after that she'd stop bugging MC. She'd look for their twin (or JM) instead to talk some sense into them.

Lily could be stubborn, but she doesn't have the patience to argue with someone over something like that.

Will scold MC (maybe their Twin and Paddy too) for going to school in the first place. That's not very smart, and they might get others sick as well. He'd tell MC to at least go to the clinic, and that they don't have to worry about missing anything. He can easily help them with that after all.

If not, then he's going to tell the teachers, and MC can't stop him. If they have a mutual crush, he'd want to talk about it once MC is better, not realizing that he overexerts himself too sometimes.

B would understand why since they might do the same thing as long as it wasn't serious, but MC's not impressing B here. They're friends already so there's no need to keep that up—if anything, that would just annoy B even more and they'd just say that MC is just making a fool of themself.

They'll stop bugging MC after that, but make sure to check how they're doing every so often. Expect a "Don't tell me I didn't warn you" or "See where that got you" later and grumble that no one listens to them. Maybe they'll just get Rosie's help next time and see if her approach works better.
