Welcome and thank you to all new followers! It's time to update this post, I have made five new Middle-earth cosplays since I first posted it. Here is an overview of my Tolkien cosplays, most of them own designs for Silmarillion characters. The gallery isn't complete since for some characters I have different outfits, but these are the main ones.

Taking a break from Manly Katsu photos to look back on chiffon elf #2 (also known as the first version of Indis the Fair, aka galadriel’s granny). This was made with the terrible Otakon weather in mind, and yes, suffered through days of 100F & max humidity. Thanks, Baltimore. 🧐 This was one of the first silm costumes I made (preceded only by Amrod and Haleth, and I’ve sold em all lol). Which skirt drape do you like better??? I finally settled on a pleating pattern and this is stitched into a waistband! Little decisions about the back are still popping up though. 💫 There will be another layer under the gold and over the cream, either in red or brown, to make the gold pop. 🌞 #bootybootybooty #sewing #draping #golddress #silmcosplay #mirielserinde
