Idk, the idea of Salt having a hard time connecting with his daughter who he like, last saw since she was a baby and is now almost a full adult, is funny to me.
Also an idea I've been liking lately, I like to think that when the Beasts (or Emissaries) were first created, they originally looked more like their concept art/more animal like than human/cookie like. (Kinda like that Steven Universe Horror AU but backwards, like the Emissaries becoming a more personification of human/cookiekind like how the Greek Gods were. But like, more evil I guess)

A little bit after the beasts break out of the silver tree and go their own ways the husk of the tree disappears and in its place there's a cookie. Turns out all the latent magic from having kept the beasts imprisoned for a eons leached into the Silver Tree mixing with it's own magic and eventually giving it the power to become a cookie.
Silver Tree Cookie, who will stop at nothing to reimprison the beasts, but can they truly be trusted?
Maybe I'll make a comic or something about the two (Silent Salt and Silver Tree) interacting.

I don't know if really like this design, I might change it up but I think it works for now. In my mind, I think she'd have a hard time adjusting to being the one making the more important decisions (taking a more active role, especially when WLC went off to the Land of Silence).
Honestly, I kind of want EFC's presence to still be felt in a way (whether it be in a haunting way or a heartfelt rememberance way). I don't know, I just think the idea would be neat in a way.
As I said, she wouldn't take the events after Ep 11/12 well. Like, at all. She thinks Silent Salt is weird because he has a hard time interacting with her (because he sees EFC in how much she wants to protect her people, yada yada) and she also had to come to terms about how she's basically made out of forbidden magic along with having her other parent be the Beast of Silence.
Also to mention the little idea I had about her new appearance, she's probably been experiencing pain from the father horns were growing out of nowhere (I think her abilities would also expand alongside this). She literally has no idea on what to think about the situation she's in now. Even more so, she has no idea still on whether or not what she sees in her visions are actually real or not.
Fortunately for SSC, WLC is willing to defend him as his daughter is literally insulting him in front of his face. Though I don't think Silver actually hates him, it's just all the other stress factors causing her to lash out (which isn't good regardless but still).
Hey yall! I won't be posting an update for my Fallen Angel Silent Salt au due to Christmas being a big deal in my household so I'll be busy with family. I wanted to thank you all so much for the support I've gotten over the past year so I doodled some of my aus/ a fankid I have. I might not post much on most of these aus anymore, but I still hold a deep love for them and hope to get my inspiration running again for them soon!
I'll still post silly ramblings and answers to asks so feel free to drop some if you like. I'll still be around but just not posting the weekly silly.
