13. Do you ever write crossovers?

Hmmm well Britchell is by default a crossover, though I feel like the Britchell fics I’ve written have mostly just been putting Mitchell into the Almighty Johnsons verse so they don’t really count…? Mr. Badmouth will become more of a crossover once I manage to make myself update it!

18. What trope have you not written yet, but want to?

Oooh I’m not sure. I’ve been wanting to write a Johnsons Bros go camping type fic, is that a trope? Just something fun and light-hearted with the boys forced to get over their differences and work together.

31. Which fic would you most like to see made into a movie?

Probably Brine, it feels quite cinematic writing it, lots of fun very specific visuals.

For requests for your drawings, I would love some Hercules: The Legendary Journeys fanart if you don’t mind sidesteps from your own lovely Heracles and Iolaus.❤️If you want specific ideas, how about either some back-to-back fight pose, or Iolaus grabbing Herc’s shirt front to pull him down to a more manageable kissing height. Or whatever, I’m not picky when it comes to these two.

6. Do you listen to anything while you write? Or do you prefer silence?

So these days I do a whole lot of writing at work (oops), honestly it helps me to focus more both on work and my writing when I’m jumping between tasks. In that set up I don’t listen to anything but I most definitely have a number of story/character inspired playlists which I listen to an unhealthy amount during my commute.

18. How do you decide what POV to write in?

I think previously I tended to stick to one character’s POV for the duration of a story which can be quite limiting and unfortunately tended to give me character fatigue which made me worried that readers were also getting sick of them. More recently I’ve been switching POV a bit more and having a lot of fun with it. For me it’s about deciding which character’s POV would be the most interesting to explore a scene, and also which one won’t reveal anything before I’m ready to reveal it. Vaguely related but I’ve been having a whole lot of fun writing stories focusing on a ship or a character from an outsider’s POV.
