#LentilLoaf recipe: 2 cup cooked #lentils (I use green, red, yellow, brown and black) 2 1/2 cups water or #vegetablebroth 3 tablespoons #flaxseed or #almond meal 2 tablespoons butter flavored #coconutoil #Portobellomushrooms (saute using 1/4 cup water) 3 #garlic cloves, minced 1 small #onion, finely diced 1 small #beet spiralized 1 #carrot grated 1 #celery stalk grated 1 handful of fresh #basil, #oregan and #thyme 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon ground #pinkseasalt and #whitepepper, optional Bake at 425 degrees after fully mixing and then covering with foil. I added cauliflower and kale too but that's optional.
