The gameplay(if you want to call it that) is loosely based off of city-building mechanics but done in the style of Sim Tower. Variations

Students could participate in simulated interviews, both as interviewer and interviewee. Online this could happen via web conference or asynchronously in a discussion forum with questions and responses. 

Students could search existing job listings online and summarize a position they are interested in, the requirements, and how a course, lesson, or program relates and prepares them to apply.
