ok we all know that chapter 61 was one of the most important highlights of carry on because of how so many things ignited in that chapter but--hear me out--chapter 72.(i’m pretty sure it was ch. 72) 

chapter seventy-two

there was adrenaline, there was fear, there was concern, there was angst--and then there was coming of calm, sagging in relief, cuddling, cradling, laughing, kissing (and angst still and again and some more fear and adrenaline but there was also the first official appearance of simon’s wings.) there was so much growth in that chapter. so much emotion. 

am i the only one who loves that chapter a lot ?

‘cuz it’s one of my favorite chapters aside from 32 & 61. ‘s great. for me, at least.
