I dont typically like post-run advice videos but this one was too good to ignore. It’s about showing your hand to early. And how to quit a job along with How to fire people. I would personally take what he said case by case. Ive read horror stories of a bad boss firing you just after you give your resignation

On the how to fire people portion: I have only had to fire one person in my life and that was my Barber. He was charging too much and was high everytime I came in. When I was recommended someone better I immediatley left. There was no intervention because he would not have cared by this time. He had become rude to customers in my last few months with him.

Quitting Your Job: I have only ever quit one job so I cant comment from experience. I have read alot of profesional letters on Linkedin that give some help though. I can send links but I think John Sonmez’s video gets to the point.

Real Shit!!!!

I continually let my AP Physics 2/Robotics Coach limit me. I let him define my limit he’s a fucking Highschool teacher. I let my Mom define my limit and look where she put us. Let no one define your limit.

Refer back to my post of this guy on raising your set point. You let nobody people tell you what you can do and look where you end up. Ive noticed all in my 18 years so far. People become followers and listeners to nonsense and get stuck
