Okay so i was thinking of the two brains theory and there was something I was thinking about, if there really is two brains then who's the fake? I genuinely don't have any evidence for this but it struck me that Ava not only is responsible for having Brain hold the BoP and try to change fate, she also has the ability to disguise herself as other people as shown when she appears as any one of the other foretellers to test the strength of the player. Who's to say she isn't the other Brain?

Yeah I'm on the same page as you that I definitely think this could be Ava! I even think it's possible that if fake Brain isn't her directly, that it could at least be a program (like data Riku in Coded) produced by her-- though admittedly, that would take much more time to code a program than just disguising herself with magic in a flash.

But either way I believe Ava is involved because I don't think Ava knew the Daybreak Town after the war would be a data world doomed to be deleted so it would take down the Darknesses, but rather thought (and taught the Dandelions) that Daybreak Town would instead fall asleep. So upon discovering that it would be data (I assume for now during/after her fight with Luxu), I think it was she who connected Wreck it Ralphs world to data Daybreak Town so that all the dandelions could escape before the world got deleted. But I also think this means she didn't realize the Chirithies themselves would be able to save the Dandelions by protecting their sleeping hearts as Dream Eaters.

Hi there, firstly just want to say thank you for you and your channel. Its very well planned and thought through and has really shed light into particular Ideas I've had with different theories. Now on to my question... "What are your thoughts on the reason Travers Town to even "exist"? I mean its clear that it is one of the sleeping and awake worlds which harbors/ gives shelter to many different groups of people... so... what do you think Nomura has in mind for future events with this world?

Hi! I think it’s possible we’ll actually learn about Traverse Town in Union Cross, or at least whatever game/title we see the dandelions build Scala ad Caelum or just in general fulfill the whole “children restored the worlds with the lights in their hearts” line that we hear Kairi’s Grandma talk about a few times in KH1, BbS, and KHX’s prologue. I think it’s POSSIBLE that the dandelions will think something like “If the worlds should fall to darkness in the future, we should at least have a back up that can try to protect or save what it can” and thus they like... “build” Traverse Town LOL. I don’t really know how it would come about in all honesty, this isn’t even a theory but more like a headcanon/fantasy/what-if thing. I think it would be cool if we got to see how Traverse Town and it’s way of appearing to those in need of shelter came to be in the first place!

I recently went back and rewatched back cover, and Ira brings up an interesting point that the traitor is possibly the one that distributed the bangles. This lead me to start to question where the bangles even came from in the first place. There certainly is a mysterious aspect to them when they're first given to the player, and then it's revealed that they're responsible for the creation of the player's dark Chirithy. So,any ideas?

So, I’m actually 90% done with creating a video (partly) on Dark Chirithy!

So first, I wouldn’t completely rely on what Ira said only because Ira at this point in time does not have the full picture. Ira doesn’t even know for sure that there IS a traitor, he’s only assuming there is based on the dark Chirithy he found. There IS a traitor, but it’s unrelated to the dark Chirithy which belongs to us. 

When talking about the Dark Chirithy to the other Foretellers, Ira says that they dont usually concern themselves with the tools the wielders typically use. That tells me that if anybody gave the Chirithy’s the bangles to give to the keykids, it was the Master of Masters himself. And that coincides with what Dark Chirithy says, that it was the MoM’s intention all along for the wielders to use the darkness as a power. 

So I personally think the bangles were from the Master himself, and he distributed them among the Chirithies to give to their wielders directly, rather then involving the Foretellers.

Hey, I've been thinking about something. Subject X says in Secret Report 1: "A man came to take me from the prison. I could not see him for the darkness, save that he wore an eyepatch." It is obvious to me that Nomura wants us to think about Xigbar. But what if he's not... What if that man... is Odin?

So, I think that could be interesting, but I still really think it’s Xigbar. Xigbar writes in Observations 2 that he saw the Five Union Leaders off, so he probably recognizes Skuld when she arrives in Daybreak Town (it’s not confirmed that its her, but like..... lets be real here). And plus Xigbar was in the right place at the right time, he has all the knowledge of the castle and the routine of its experiments and guard procedures. Odin, assuming he’s human, would age like everybody else ( even Xigbar appears to age other wise he wouldn’t need new vessels ), and by that case he would be looong dead by the time Subject X appears in Radiant Garden. The stars just align in my opinion  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 

BUT if I’m wrong, it’ll be interesting to see how that plays out!

Do you think any non-keyblade wielders lived in daybreak town?

Yeah I would think so. I don’t really have anything to back that up, so I guess this is more of a headcanon rather then a theory. But I guess I’d like to imagine keykids having parents or older siblings that just think “this kid is doing so many shenanigans, what is going on ?” haha!

Just realized that Isa would’ve had to have been marked pre-nobody, bc Xemnas put the sigils in their names once born as nobodies. He’d already be able to track them with the sigils in their names, he wouldn’t need to create the scar on Isa’s face. God I want to know what happened

I KNOW !!! I really do hope that one day Nomura creates at least a cutscene movie (cause a whole game may not have the capacity for exploration or mechanics, etc) of all the events between BbS and KH1, including Isa’s X marking. The most we have is KH3 Axel saying something along the lines of “One day the girl was gone, the next we apply to be Ansem the Wise’s apprentices, the next we’re nobodies, the day after that we’re doing icky jobs for Xemnas.” and even that is so vague, it’s tough to get a window of when Isa got that scar. It really would have had to happen within a single day.

The most I can hope for is that Subject X points it out the next time she’s sees Isa, since everyone else is probably already too used to the scar to ask him about it. And if she points it out, I hope Isa will finally give us some exposition on it haha!!

So I had this interesting thought. Going through some DDD and Xehanorts reports in KHBBS, I had this theory. What if the world tour that YX talks about in KH3 and the MoM mentioning it in ReMind. What if the Master put YX on a world tour in dream worlds in DDD as his world tour? Especially since Xehanort says that he will return to his own time and that might be the reason in the secret ending in DDD when the camera shows YX with amber eyes, he then realizes his purpose. Thoughts?

I think that’s totally possible! The one thing I would say is that Xehanort says the world tour is of “worlds written on in old fairy tales.” So, if Xehanort’s world tour was all the disney worlds of KHX (as they’re projections from the Book of Prophecies), and if Xehanort traveled via dream worlds, it would have to be at a point that all those worlds fell to darkness to the point where they would create a Sleeping World to begin with. At least, this is on the assumption that Destiny Islands and the Mysterious Tower only fell to darkness and got a Sleeping World because of KH1 when Heartless were stealing the hearts of worlds. But if that’s not the case, then it may be possible that worlds fall to darkness eventually nonetheless? But that’s conjecture haha.

Still, I’m willing to put a pin in this! I’m still not sure if Nomura is going to retcon YX’s childhood, by either making so he was younger on Destiny Islands with grey eyes (so essentially, Chess Xehanort lived on Destiny Islands and then went to Scala ad Caelum) or by doing something similar to what you said. He’s story was a little messy already, so for now I’ll definitely be open minded to various possibilities like yours.

Hiya! I was hoping you could help me sort out something I've been trying to figure out all night. How much time passed between Kingdom Hearts II and Kingdom Hearts III? Do we have any idea? Or is it all just guesswork as to how much time actually passed. I feel like I've seen people say that KH III takes place 12 years after BBS, but I can't find a source on it. Figured you'd be the best person to ask to help. =P

So, I do know that in the KH3′s Ultimania, Sora is still stated to be 15. But I hate looking at Ultimanias for answers, so let’s talk about in game evidence LOL

First of all, Sora in the beginning of KH2 CLEARLY grew since KH1-- his outfit was super tiny on him, he was taller, etc. But in the beginning of KH3, Sora still looks almost the exact same as he did in KH2, so we know a whole other year didn’t pass.

And when Sora says “It’s been ages!” ( probably as a nod to the audience, since KH3 was released more then a decade after KH2 ) to Hayner Pence and Olette in Twilight Town, Hayner responds with “It hasn’t been THAT long”. Olette even says that they’re “already done with the school project” which sounds like when they when they studied the 7 Wonders of Twilight Town-- so it may be that they’re still on that same school break from KH2, or that it JUST recently ended. And i THINK Axel says in Days that their break from school is an entire month. So between KH2 and KH3, we really aren’t looking at a super big window-- looks like a couple months at the MOST in my opinion.
