My partners bought oranges and now I'm afraid I'm going to open the fridge and just... Amnesia wall induced time skip ahead anywhere from like 20 minutes to the next morning.
Still don't know *why* oranges specifically bring out Cyrus (a little in our system), and it's confusing. It's the only non-negative trigger we know of for the majority of our system.
I want to know the story of how Ezra got his green lightsaber in the third season of Rebels.
I know there was only a six-month gap between Twilight of the Apprentice Pt. 2 and Steps Into Shadow, but it seemed like much longer. Like a year or better.
Ezra had a massive growth spurt, cut his hair, got a new outfit and an actual lethal sidearm, and somehow either a) found a spare kyber crystal floating around somewhere and constructed his new lightsaber himself, b) traveled to Ilum/Jedha/etc at Kanan's instruction to acquire a new crystal—which would be risky, considering the Empire is heavily mining kyber crystals at this point IIRC, or c) picked up an already-built lightsaber off of a smuggler or something.
I mean, that's a whole season right there. Just Ezra searching for his new kyber crystal and processing (burying) all these gutwrenching emotions—guilt, grief, denial, anger, shame, remorse—that we never got to see onscreen.
He had already opened the Sith holocron at this point and was learning from it; how would that have altered his balance within the Force (and subsequently his finding/receiving a new crystal; for example, if he went to Ilum and encountered Yoda’s Force presence there, like he did on Lothal, surely Yoda would have sensed his imbalance and had a nice long chat with him about the dangers of the Dark Side)?
And while all this is going on, in the background we have Kanan coming to terms with being permanently blinded.
How did he handle his diagnosis? Surely he spent a long time recovering in an infirmary and going through rehabilitation. Maybe Chopper was his seeing-eye droid for a time, or he had a cane that he threw away in a fit of anger because he refused to accept that he had lost both his sight and his padawan.
I want answers. I want more story. There was so much that could have been told and wasn’t.

Summary:
Kuroda (TsudaKen) is a 17 year old who enters a mansion for a party, and meets Date (AsaShin) who is a hired magician. They hear a radio broadcast about the Earth ending in ten years due to the trajectory of an asteroid; but what will they do next?
[For the (Day Session) please click on this post]
For plot and more pictures (on stage and backstage), please keep reading below:
The stage opens with the narration of a writer about the New Earth years from now, and the asteroid which is on a collision course towards it. What we see acted out is part of the writer’s story.
(continued from summary) Date had shown Kuroda some magic tricks and wowed both him and the audience, but confesses that the news they heard unsettles him more than just the thought of dying. His grandfather was a person who had super abilities (superpowers), but all he can do is multiply objects or change their position. He feels useless in the face of such imminent danger.
Disappearing water magic trick where Date doubly tricks both Kuroda and the audience into thinking he drank the water. Both cups are empty of water (though he only drinks from his own cup).

Kuroda, who is pure of heart and a bit slow to catch up to things, reassures Date that his abilities are amazing already; he is so impressed by it! He is sure that Date can do anything if he puts his mind to it. Encouraged, Date tries to extend the same motivation towards Kuroda as well; he urges him to try something in entertainment if he’s interested in it, and when they meet again he would love to see Kuroda’s growth. They agree that a party will not happen now thanks to the sudden news, and plan to meet each other again in the next ten years.
Date leaves a simple white flower on the windowsill as a marker, promising to give it to Kuroda after 10 years when they’ve both made something of themselves. Date is broke, and borrows some money from Kuroda, promising to repay him in ten years; though Kuroda is insistent that he can have the money. They shake hands and say goodbye.
There is an interlude where we go back to the writer, now with his Editor (SuzuKen), who is obsessed with the colour white and ‘purity’. They have VR technology now which allows people to view each other’s imaginative worlds, and the editor uses it to delve into the world the writer has created. The editor gives a long monologue about the process of writing a story and his life (where SuzuKen fishes so, so, so many of the ad-lib lines and manages to form a coherent story -- kudos to his skill). They exit to give the characters space to resume.

10 years later, Kuroda and Date meet up again. Kuroda virtually hasn’t changed, he’s still stuck in high school, and hasn’t improved intellectually; but his heart is still pure and strong.
Date however, has undergone a massive change. After the broadcast, he sought out the person who was spearheading the efforts to use super abilities to save the earth (named: Nakaya) in an attempt to do so as well. Certainly, he has accumulated more power, but he has killed people under Nakaya’s orders. He hates that the world is full of weak, ignorant people; people like Kuroda. He still performs a simple magic trick to return the money he borrowed to Kuroda despite his words.
However, Kuroda manages to convince him that his actions though wrong, does not condemn him as a bad person. Kuroda believes that Date is a good and amazing person still.
Nakaya appears, and Date is bent on killing him; but when Kuroda is placed in danger, Date sacrifices himself for him. Nakaya steals all his magic powers with a gun, and is about to defeat them, when the Editor chimes in. He suggests that the ‘pure of heart’ Kuroda be given the chance to defeat Nakaya, and enters the scene via VR to help the writer with this. It goes according to plan: Nakaya is defeated, but the asteroid is still on its way.

Editor Intervention
The first debris hit Earth, and Date takes a stand. He decides to absorb all the magic power from the gun which houses the stolen power of many other magicians to save the world, knowing that he will die in the process, but doesn’t tell Kuroda his plan. When Kuroda tries to stop him, Date says he’s only doing this because he wishes for Kuroda to live 10 years more. He promises Kuroda that they’ll see each other again in 10 years, with Kuroda saying he’ll be mad if Date doesn’t keep his promise.
Date does one final simple magic trick, much to Kuroda’s awe with him saying “That’s it! That’s the type of amazing thing I wanted to see!”
Date transforms the white flower from the windowsill into a rose, bestowing it to Kuroda. He bids him goodbye, and urges Kuroda to sit still, reasoning: “I’m going to try to do something really amazing. The most amazing thing I’ve ever done. So if you see me do something amazing, then please give me a standing ovation.”
Though he does not fully understand, a teary Kuroda nods and wishes him all the best. Date drapes a cloth over himself and disappears. Kuroda stands up slowly, clapping with all his might.

And here are the time-gap redesigns for my Team TEAL AU! Neo has a splash of rainbow sherbet with her ice-cream, and Roman is a little classier and more streamlined. After Candy Cottonmouth the Pirate pulled Roman out of the Grimm that ate him, TEAL had to rescue him, because his unknown semblance turned out to be a sort of beacon that became the key to finding the Relic. He was obviously roughed up from the experience, and insisted on finding Neo, who was ecstatic to see him, albeit also pretty roughed up from the Fall of Beacon.
TEAL took them to an obscure outpost where they weren’t wanted criminals and got them new gear. Neo’s is my take on both her original outfit and the new one she currently has in the show. It’s meant to be lighter and cheerier, because she’s no longer grieving Roman. Roman’s outfit is meant to be dapper while also still ready for adventure, hence the shorter jacket for running around in and the chaps for protection from dirt. The idea of the Relic possibly being a doorway to another world without Grimm or Salem is very enticing for the two, and so they agreed to help out TEAL for the chance to leave Remnant.
They’re both still very much criminals, though. Just cooperative ones.
You know what would be really fucked. If during the two year separation sanji wasn’t thrown to Ivankov but instead- Germa, where he suffered, spent the years slowly and painstakingly winning over the favor of his brothers before eventually usurping judge from his throne.
Hiya! I was hoping you could help me sort out something I've been trying to figure out all night. How much time passed between Kingdom Hearts II and Kingdom Hearts III? Do we have any idea? Or is it all just guesswork as to how much time actually passed. I feel like I've seen people say that KH III takes place 12 years after BBS, but I can't find a source on it. Figured you'd be the best person to ask to help. =P
So, I do know that in the KH3′s Ultimania, Sora is still stated to be 15. But I hate looking at Ultimanias for answers, so let’s talk about in game evidence LOL
First of all, Sora in the beginning of KH2 CLEARLY grew since KH1-- his outfit was super tiny on him, he was taller, etc. But in the beginning of KH3, Sora still looks almost the exact same as he did in KH2, so we know a whole other year didn’t pass.
And when Sora says “It’s been ages!” ( probably as a nod to the audience, since KH3 was released more then a decade after KH2 ) to Hayner Pence and Olette in Twilight Town, Hayner responds with “It hasn’t been THAT long”. Olette even says that they’re “already done with the school project” which sounds like when they when they studied the 7 Wonders of Twilight Town-- so it may be that they’re still on that same school break from KH2, or that it JUST recently ended. And i THINK Axel says in Days that their break from school is an entire month. So between KH2 and KH3, we really aren’t looking at a super big window-- looks like a couple months at the MOST in my opinion.
*prays* Please let the one year gap be true! I don't want it to be "quite a few" years like one leaker said. A year is perfect. It means Ben hasn't had enough time to become totally irredeemable.
Yup. I feel you, Nonnie. This is exactly what I’m pulling for as well. A year is long enough for some things to happen (like sommmmme connections through the Force bond HAH), but not TOO many things LOL.
I’m excited if this information concerning the time gap ends up being true. This is honestly ideal, so FINGERS CROSSED.
