Especially in our culture where everything has to be fast moving and if you don’t take over the world before breakfast, then what are you doing with your life? It’s okay to just sit and breath. Freeman talks about how small beginnings are so important. How being small is important. By the way, this book helps tremendously with anxiety, because it teaches you not to think about the busy things of this life, but to just be in this moment. There is incredible peace in that, my friend! I also love her writing style and how she says things. I heavily tabbed this book! I had tabs sticking out everywhere by the time I was done! Simple, casual, cozy, beautiful. Another way to wear my @elegantees Rebecca peplum. It's so easy to feel glamorous in any Elegantees piece. My favorite thing though is the life this shirt has. I have peanut butter and nutella and a little bit of (mom life confession) snot on it and it doesn't upset me. If this shirt gets ruined I'm OK with it. Why? Don't I adore it?
