There is no place like (the Simpson’s) Home
Poor Chris355. Time travel has scrambled his brains so badly, he imagines an alternate reality where the Simpson home was destroyed and rebuilt to be unrecognizable from this house.
In reality, there has never been but one Simpson house. Anybody who is a fan of the series, would have no trouble recognizing the one and only Simpson house used throughout the run of the entire series, dating back to when the Simpson’s were “bumpers” on the Tracy Ullman show.
Even then, you had the Front door, with the rounded top. I couldn’t find any online pictures of the earliest version of the house, but none of them have ever looked like what Mighty355 has drawn. In the 1990′s you even had a chance to win a version of the Simpson house you could live in.
You want a Lego version? You can build one.
So why did Mighty draw what he did? I guess mighty was hoping his readers would have thought, “Duuuuuuh! The house looks nuffin like dat now, so it must be from the original. Now George, tell me about the rabbits.” Original what? Series, Tracy Ullman Bumpers, season, what? I probably take this all to serious. I think it’s pretty obvious the audience that Mighty355 is writing for.
