🖤 I finally finished the Crawdad Corner neighborhood!
The neighborhood includes 4 lots, each offering plenty of activities for your Sims. I decided to start sharing it with the Nightclub & Laundromat.
The nightclub isn't just a place to spend the night on the dance floor with drinks from the bar. Your Sims can also gather with friends to enjoy comedy performances thanks to the small stage on the second floor. Upstairs, there's also a recreation area with card games, a ping-pong table, and foosball.
If your Sims are looking for a place to spend the weekend with friends, this is the perfect spot.
Right next door is a laundromat. Its convenient location, affordable prices, and nearly new machines have made it one of the most popular businesses in the neighborhood.

The lot type is set to Small Business. When downloading the lot, Sims does not save business settings, so I've included a screenshot with the required Business Settings. Be sure to apply them after placing the lot.
Of course, you're free to use any lot type you prefer. The building includes a kitchen, so it can easily be converted into a restaurant if you'd like.
