🌐 Create-A-World Update:

Long time no see! Although I haven't uploaded in a while, I have been working a bunch on my custom world. Here are some progress pics showing rabbit holes, the consignment store, the art gallery, a motel, townhomes, a beach resort, and some other lots. As well as aerial views of parts of the map.

Cormorant - Residential - 40x30

Hello everyone,

If you follow me @oasislandingresident you've most likely have seen me share my WIP as I built this beast and it's finally in a place where I'm happy to share. Other than the kitchen, it is not furnished.

It has a open plan in the first floor which has the kitchen, living room, hobby/office room. There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and another open plan on 3rd. If you go down to the basement you'll have the garage and access to the garden. I plan on starting an actual garden there and maybe adding a hot tub on behind the rocks as I secure it with a green hedge.

Anyways, no cc. You need Island Paradise and Late Night for it to look exactly like this. SPs only add a few objects.

It goes on the hill lot which is called Cormorant. I demolished the house that was there and built this.

Damaged wall sets with Ivy

2 wall sets that have taken me two days to complete. I messed around with the bump map, etc. in an attempt to get the best ivy texture I could. There's only so much you can do in this game but this is the end result and I'm pleased with it. How good it looks at your end is entirely dependent on your graphics, this is how it looks in my game.

I had to do these in 5 parts to get the best effect.
