Since I’m no longer going to support some of my previously created content for TS2 and TS4, I thought it would be a good idea to create a post with all the links for those specific contents, so people can still download them if they want.

Mainly I’m choosing to retire these items because I don’t like them / don’t use them anymore and I don’t want them clutter by downloads tag. I’ve never received any complains about them, so they should work just fine with any future updates since they’re just a bunch of recolors and badly made conversions.

I’d like to just give you the download link and be done with it, but a good amount of this discontinued CC are Sims 4 Hair recolors done with Pooklet’s actions. And since most TOU in TS4 community specifically state to not include the author’s mesh, I didn’t. Of course, this becomes a mess when you decide to no longer support your content. It’s even worse when the original author themselves no longer support their own content and they didn’t kept their files hosted somewhere like I do because I’m such a good samaritan.

So here’s what I’m going to do: you’ll find a list bellow with all the links to the original meshes if I have been able to find them. If not, then the name of the hair will be listed but there’ll be no link for it. That way you’ll be able to not only see what the hair looks like before downloading my recolor, but you’ll also be able to see which hairs can still be downloaded.

If you download the original mesh and my recolor, but you don’t want the original author’s colors (mostly Maxis Match swatches) you can follow this tutorial!

I think for me it's mostly the general shape of the house - it's so boxy, but not in the simplistic way the trailer homes are. It's one of those things that always bugged me, too, because I do like Darren and Dirk an awful lot - their story's always felt so powerful - so I'd like them to have a home remodel that I'm really proud of.

Thank you! I do sketches like these for a lot of the houses, actually, either when I'm away from my computer or when I just need to look away from the game to try getting inspiration elsewhere. It helps a lot with planning things out.

For the house style, the windows from AL (and the various expansion/completer sets) do work best. It was really a matter of finding the best fit, and finding ones with single windows on 1 tile and on 2 tiles.

Yeah. It's a major change in style (though the exterior walls of the actual house haven't changed). It's also another exercise in style challenge for me, since it's another one I've never really worked with before. It's pretty enjoyable so far, though.

LOL! No word of a lie, I thought the exact same thing when I saw the smaller image in my notifications. It looks like Ripp in a blue plaid shirt with the manbun.
