Close up of Silco's eye in the AU. Silco lost his eye. It was never "cured" that's a prosthetic and looks like metal. It makes me wonder where Singed was in the AU. Did they never meet, did Ori never get sick? Is he still living in Piltover, did Heimerdinger get a chance to meet him in that timeline? Was Singed the student Heimerdinger said he failed? So many questions.

One thing's for sure, no Sinco = Silco loses his eye, probably to kill the infection that shimmer in the main timeline kept at bay.
