I'm mostly answering because of how fuzzy cats are: I'm Katie, I like turquoise, Ten/Rose was my first ship and probably still my fav, double chocolate chip ice cream is glorious, and I have two very fuzzy amazing cats.
Yay! Hey there! Rose/Ten are a great ship! Like bed them as well. And FUZZY CATS ARE THE BEST! One day I will have a fuzzy cat of my own. :)
Afterworlds by Scott Westerfeld is a great YA book that features a lesbian couple as the main romantic pair. Plus the book's concept is super interesting: the main protagonist is an author, and the chapters of her book alternate with her coming-of-age story in NYC. As her life changes you see her book change too.
I've heard some really great things about Afterworlds. I almost bought it the other day but I passed it up because I already had about $50 worth of books. I'll check it out, thanks!
