マレーシアの肉の串焼き「サテー」 さてー、マレーシアの旅から帰って、Signpostの連載で紹介したのが、サテーのレシピです。 クアラルンプールに着いたのは8時過ぎ。ホテルに荷物を預けて、この町最大の屋台通りのアローストリートでまずは食べたのでした。 チキンとビーフ！それをピーナッツベースのピリ辛ソースで。ビールがすすみます。 チキンかビーフか、ラムかポークか！ こちら、良く焼けのラムです。個人的には大好きです。 マレーシアはイスラム教徒が多いので、豚肉を使ったサテーは食べないみたいで、でも、中華系の人たちは食べます。みんな、ほんとうにちゃんと守ってるのかな。 今回のレシピでは豚肉を使いました。もちろん他の肉でもOKです。 Signpostの記事とレシピはこちら！ とっても簡単に作れます。でも、せっかく串に刺したものを、ばくばく食べちゃうっていうのも、諸行無常ですよね。…
