I weighed myself today. When corona was first hitting my state I binged and panic ate for days. It was really bad. But the past week I’ve been getting my 10k steps in, drinking my water and watching my food. Today I am -.6 lower than prior to the crisis. I’m taking that as a huge win. I feel good. I feel strong I got this.
