Doctor's Moving Tardis! A drama queen who dresses flashy and the woman who corrals him into acting like a human being.

I tried to do cel shading on these, and it's a very different effect than I'm used to. I don't think I'll be doing more in this style unless I'm referencing something animated again, but trying it once was fun.

I liked how this came out so much, and with Clip Studio, extending a background was so easy, I made two desktop versions of this, which are at a higher resolution. They are under the cut.
