Was watching some cat grooming videos and thought about a khajiit with a lion cut! And that turned into Skooma Cat! What better cat to turn into a project than Sheogorath! Ofc Haskill will be his groomer.

imo the version without skooma cat is more ~artistically composed but less fun. also i used only standard procreate brushes and i’m not sorry. sometimes comic sans is the right font; sometimes lightpen is the right brush.

the song is one of the bard songs from eso: elsweyr. in one of the major quests for northern elsweyr, sheogorath appears for his usual zany hijinks in his khajiiti aspect, an alfiq called skooma cat. for khajiit, the effects of skooma and sheogorath’s madness are intertwined worlds—if you partake of enough skooma and the madgod is in the right mood, you might get to visit his realm, skooma cat’s cloister.

the subject of this is not an oc of mine, just a dunmer moving within the worlds between. consider them up for adoption! anyway here’s some details.
