Leg day today very nearly didn't happen bc I felt totally wiped out after work this morning (defo coming down with the flu that's making its way through all our staff with A WEEK UNTIL CHRISTMAS fml. Now is not the time). So I did this workout to try to make myself feel better and get a better night's sleep tonight in the hope that I can get through my 2 early shifts and then recover a little on Friday and Saturday. Did the same workout as last week, I want to try to stick to the same exercises for at least 4 weeks to get my form really on point, especially for the lunges. Had to go lighter on weight today bc my back was hurting with the kettlebell. Anyway I really enjoyed it and it picked me up out of feeling a bit lost and frustrated this evening bc it wasn't quite dinner-bath-bed time but I didn't want to just sit on my bum for 3 hours either.
A little video of stuff I've been working on with Maggie just to keep her entertained - was texting Uncle Manager about dogs and sent him this to show off lol. Thought I'd post it here too to watch back if I delete it from my phone.

Mod Goldfish come back with sky pics!
A couple good news about me- I finally found a nice place to rant, and bought Stuff to make my new room grogu theme (baby yoda). I can’t wait for the new school year to start! Different from mod skye who is finishing up school work. I miss school so much and haven’t done any work for a while now.
However, next two year I will be very busy. Since now I am highly interested in studying Medical Laws and Hospital administration…
I am still in planning phase- but we will see how this road leads me.
