Protein World day 3
Day 3 of having a slender blend shake for breakfast and lunch and today was the first day I was really hungry before my work break. Maybe it's just my body adjusting who knows?
I have my slender plan being sent to me too. So evidently I'm serious if I'm willing to spend 100 euros on a diet!
Anyway my bf has decided on pizza for tonight's dinner and instead of being that gf I'm going to eat the pizza and enjoy it and get back on the wagon tomorrow

Trying protein world slender blend
So a couple of days ago, I bought the vanilla slender blend protein powder!
I was anxious to say the least, about trying a diet that seems so drastic. For those of you who don't know it's replacing breakfast and lunch with a protein shake.
After 2 full days of trying it, and I know that seems short, I feel much better about the whole thing.
I get hungry, of course I do, but I'm definitely not starving by any means. The vanilla flavour is delicious, maybe a little sweet for some people.
I'm scared of sharing this kind of information on my other forms of social media if I'm honest. I feel like my family will tell me I don't need to do something so restrictive.
So I'll be checking in here with my feelings and progress

This is my life right now... I'm not a huggggeeeee milk/milkshake lover so I was skeptical to begin with, but I'm actually really loving them. I've not really been using the fat metabolisers as I should but the shakes are so filling and very easy to make. Their not powdery or chalky flavoured like other meal replacement shakes I've tried, and I love them!
