This is why you need to start taking self- care Sunday's to reset at the end of the week. Here's a simple and doable ritual to calm your skin and hopefully next Monday blues too.

1.Take A Bath That Feels Like A Spa: This is your main character moment, turn your bathroom into a sanctuary. Light your favourite candle that you have probably been waiting to use for the best moment but taking care of you is the best moment. Add bath salts, essential oils, or a luxe body scrub for a luxurious spa day at home.
2.Simple Skincare: Today is not your night to do the 15 step skincare regime, instead do a simple skincare routine. Massage your cleanser in. Apply a hydrating mask while journaling. Layer on serums your face while doing a relaxing face massage
3.Haircare: Your Hair is probably also tired from the exhausting week, put on a nourishing hair mask, , wrap it up in a towel, and let it marinate while you sip green tea or chamomile tea. Trust me your hair will thank you.
4.Try A Digital Detox: Take this one day to not doomscroll on Instagram but listen to that podcast that is dying in your to listen list, read a book, or catch up with your friend.
