Ciemność

[EN] It’s getting dark faster and faster. Which means I often end up walking in the dark. Hard to slip out before sunset. That darkness is like the devil’s ass — pitch-black, and you definitely don’t want to be there. Soon enough this state of things will rip open my side and drag out my insides. For now, I’m holding on.

Still, I don’t handle this time of year well. And with age, it doesn’t get any easier. Back then I would just sit down and play a game, and somehow it would pass. Now that I actually care about things, I feel the weight of the darkness more strongly. But hey, I’ve managed to get through it 40 times already, so I’ll probably make it through the 41st as well. I’m off to soak up some light while I still can — I’ve got a free Saturday, and it’s still bright outside.

[PL] Coraz szybciej robi się ciemno. A to sprawia, że spaceruję już często po ciemku. Ciężko się wyrwać przed zachodem. Ta ciemność jest jak dupsko szatana – mroczna i zdecydowanie nie chcesz tam być. Niedługo ten stan rzeczy rozetnie mi bok i wywlecze wnętrzności. Na razie się trzymam.

Ogólnie jednak źle znoszę ten okres w ciągu roku. I z wiekiem wcale nie robi się łatwiejszy. Kiedyś po prostu siadałem grać w grę i jakoś przepływał. Teraz na czymś mi zależy i ciężar tego mroku czuję mocniej. No ale udało mi się go przeżyć już 40 razy, to pewnie i 41 jakoś się uda. Idę się napromieniować, bo mam wolną sobotę i jeszcze jest widno.
