“This time i wanted to try something different, so I used pastel brushes to create the soft texture, and tried to achieve impressionist-like style. Goblin King (Watercolor with progress)

I’ve been feeling very nostalgic of late, so I picked one of my favourite childhood movies to do a fanart of.  :)  tbh still can’t decide whether i like his hair or not. :P 

For the progress: (1) The sketch with blue masking fluid applied (I used Schmincke brand)  (2) Wash of colors just using 3 colors (Daniel Smith watercolors) - Carbazole Violet, Ultramarine Blue, and Fuchsite Geunine (that lovely turquios color that shines and shimmers slightly)  (3) Adding yellow and teeeny bit of red, and removed masking.  

For the final version, i added some Quinacridone Rose, and some Finetec gold paints for hair and speckles on his outfit. :)  It is indeed very shiny picture, and i am so sad it doesn’t show up in the scans 

Anyway, so here it is.. i really had a lot of fun with this piece, and i hope you enjoy :)

I really don’t get people who do this.. Clearly an attention seeking douche. Minimal answer or even none seems appropriate. These people are not worth your valuable time.

Yeah, that’s what I settled on, no answer, and if he keeps pushing, I’ll just block him.

But right? like... it’s not like I made him read it, and he left 3 comments on the page like wow dude, what a waste of time, I still love the game, you only made me love it harder to spite you, dude ^_^;;

did you order a deluxe edition on PC? then you get to download the trial :P

i think it’s only if you have origin access? i dunno, i can’t find a way to start a trial other than paying for origin access. i have however preloaded it, so i won’t have to wait when its released to try it :)
