I’m surprised no one’s shared the latest episode title reveals yet... well, here I go! As always, source is Serebii.Net forums, and these apparently came from a leaflet related to Pokémon Center's Anime Makes You Happy -campaign! Intriquing, no wonder we got this info real early! Glad to see Yareyuutan again, and see Mao doing stuff related to her goal as well! Seen people speculating this could be where Mao gets her Z-ring and crystal, but it’s atm a guess just based on who are involved in the episode.
May 19th: SM122 - You're Being Watched! The Rocket Gang's Alola Forms!!
Protect Kiteruguma from Matori!
After oh-so-many months, Matori is back and... wants Kiteruguma? This has me very intriqued!

Judging from the picture, this is going to be mainly focused on Mamane, but could involve Lilie training as well! Kaki, what a good kiddo!

This episode has not only Kartana but RAYQUAZA AND DEOXYS AS WELL???? Also Bourgain returns. Also there’s Nuikoguma Meteorshower. Also, SO. MANY. LEGENDARIES!!!
I swear Kamiturugi, aka Kartana, was having backwards-lines said in the episode. I swear that was the case, it sounded very much like it. Can someone do the reverse-line tests on Kamiturugi’s lines after raws arrive? I’m curious if I’m correct...
Anywho, I enjoyed the episode, I pretty much knew Deoxys and Rayquaza were gonna be just a source of the conflict for the second half of the episode (as in causing the meteor to come down to Alola), and I think I was right about Kamiturugmi as well: it wasn’t ill-minded. Just a smol Samurai with huge need to cut stuff. I really adored how they handled this tiny Ultra Beast. And freaking adored Satoshi’s reaction to it cutting Rocket Gang’s Mecha in half lol.
But, about next week:
YOUNG KUKUI IS SO CUTE JUST LOOK AT HIM, STILL WEARING NO SHIRT, A CAPE, A GAOGAEN CAP, maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan he’s so cuuuuuuute they nailed his child design so well. Looking sooo forward to this episode, glad to be seeing Celebii as well, looks like a well-animated episode- oh right it’s my fav animator, Shuhei Yasuda. Really exciteeeed! (Shame for no young Guzma in sight but oh well. This young Kukui cures my sadness <333)
