So I’ve got an idea that I need to write for the Small Fandom Bang celebration; it’s 10,000 words in the Letterkenny fandom.  That’s all fine and dandy.  But here’s the thing - I know I want to use the “pretend relationship” type trope, but I can’t come up with a good idea that isn’t directly competing with other fics in the fandom.  I mean there’re two amazing stories, one is “pretending to be married because Darry’s aunt’s will demands it for an inheritance” and the other is “pretending to be dating so Darry doesn’t fall for his ex”.  I really adore this trope, but I gotta come up with an idea.  If you’ve got one to suggest, I’m all ears.  Not literally, that would be weird. :)

EDIT: OMFG, like 2 minutes after I posted this, the entire story unraveled in my head.  I’ve got it.  And it’s something that I’ve only seen done once - but brilliantly.  Now I know what I’m writing, finally.  WHEEEEEE!!!!

This fic is based on the manga 07-Ghost. I don’t know if many people have read it, but the series is my favorite, so writing this was really special to me. I’m not including the summary here because it will spoil the series, which I don’t want to do in case someone is planning to read it. The fic takes place 15 years after the series ends and is a canon divergent AU.
