Small beetled skull lot available!
Need small skulls for art or jewelery? Here's a nice batch for SOLD shipped in the US. These will need degreasing and whitening. I have more of some skulls so PM if you need just one.
Dwarf breed rabbit, eastern gray squirrel, American red squirrel, domestic quail, chickens, red-eared slider, guinea pig, and mice.
Is it possible to macerate a skull for too long? I have an opossum skull in a tupperware container out in my yard and I forgot about it for 3 weeks. Is it gonna be worth the stink? x-x
It should be totally fine! I normally macerate for about 2-4 months on average (usually because I don’t have the time to pull things out until I get a work break lol)! The longer the bones stay in the cleaner they’ll be when you take them out. The only issue with opossums is they tend to fall apart while macerating, so just be very through when you go to take the skull out of the container to not lose any parts <3!
I have a mouse skull that’s kinda broken up. It’s so tiny and fragile.
Any suggestions on how to glue the little pieces back together? Or something I can do to make the whole thing less fragile?

Any tips for working with small skulls?
I tried processing a chipmunk skull once and it went terribly. I tried macerating it and the whole thing turned to slush. I ordered some mole skulls and I'm really hoping it'll go better this time. Anyone got so tips for working with these small/thin skulls?
