Imagine this Only Fools and Horses moment but with it being Neo opening a curtain somewhere in the Matrix to find a group of Smith clones standing there on the other side of the window, complete with the dramatic lightning.

The Smith at the front of them stares straight back at him with a growing smile, and with a look of a very visible urge to shout "Mr. Anderson" on his face. Then Neo, now quietly shitting himself, just very slowly closes the curtain again and turns around to face the others, and with widened eyes he manages to very calmly and casually say, "Morpheus, there's... something at the window."

Imagine an AU of Reloaded and Revolutions where everything else is the same but except for one original Smith, every single one of the other Smith clones still retains the clothes of the people who got turned into them (apart from them all nonetheless having the shades), like all of the Master's clones who he temporarily turned humanity into in the Season 4 finale specials of Doctor Who.

So there's one Smith wearing the black suit and all of the other Smiths have the same shades, as per canon, but, for instance, the clones are wearing teenagers' hoodies, old man-like tweed jackets and vests, and colourful women's dresses and blouses - and, with this, high heels:

This is my favorite of the Smith cloning scenes because look at the THREE of them all going for Morpheus at once. Don't forget two of them are pinning his arms to the wall.

Smith is genuinely just insane in the sequels, it would not surprise me if he gets off on being able to clone himself. Like, come on. His grin. That is a full on sadist.
