Go ice-skating with: Smith. He’d fall down and then, again, I can (slowly) skate away until he’s left crying in ice like, “Why Christina why?”

I can’t believe I just read a whole book with a character named Smith Smith-Richards and they only bring up how weird it is once. The rest of the time they just use his hyphen-last name and it infuriates me.
