Instructions: Place soaked navy beans in the slow cooker. Add chopped onion, molasses, brown sugar, ketchup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Pour water over the ingredients and stir well to combine. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beans are tender. Before serving, stir in the cooked and crumbled bacon.
