With these Marshmallow-Stuffed S'mores Cookies, you can indulge in the divine combination of s'mores and cookies. Soft and chewy cookies encased in a crunchy graham cracker crust and filled with gooey marshmallows and melty chocolate chips. They're a tasty treat for any occasion!
Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup packed brown sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup graham cracker crumbs. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup mini marshmallows. Extra graham cracker crumbs for rolling.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet. Melt the butter and mix it with the white sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. Adding the eggs one at a time and mixing them in is the next step. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones one at a time and mix just until everything is combined. Add the graham cracker crumbs and semisweet chocolate chips and mix them in well. Spread out a tablespoon of cookie dough in your hand. Put some small marshmallows in the middle of the dough, and then fold the dough around the marshmallows to make a ball. Do it again with the rest of the marshmallows and dough. Cover the outside of each cookie dough ball with extra graham cracker crumbs. Leave some space between the cookie dough balls when you put them on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. With a glass of milk or your favorite hot drink, these S'mores cookies are filled with marshmallows and taste great.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the marshmallows are lightly toasted.
