The Blood Moon because Senku's eyes are red.

The Medusa as the pupil because - staring into the eye of Medusa as well as that being the reason of going to the moon- tldr: going to the moon to find the Medusa so the Medusa is framed by the moon.

Then the rocket as the highlight/shine in his eye because; One - hopes and dreams, two - its how he actually gets to the moon, three - because I needed to get that damn rocket in there somehow.
