In chapters 32 + 33 of the manga, look closely at the symbol on Annie's jacket. It's not a unicorn. This doesn't happen once, it happens several times, in several different instances where she should (if Eren's perspective is to be trusted) NOT yet have the Wings at all. He is remembering a time where he and the rest of the 104th were all still trainees, but in that recollection, she has the Wings!

Note that once Annie is in the crystal + before she tries to bite her hand, she has the "correct" emblem on her jacket. (Perhaps this means Eren's come to terms with the fact that Annie is no longer a friend, but an enemy? Because this seems way too out of place to be a continuity error. I mean, TWO chapters.)
