Asking for a friend (the friend is a fic I'm working on, bear with me) what do we think S/hane H/ollander is allergic to? I like to categorize I/lya as just being generally sensitive to EVERYTHING, but I dont think the same goes for S/hane. He grew up in the wilderness so I dont really think he's that affected by pollen, and its canon that he probably isnt that bothered by cats...

What is that man's weakness???

Does anyone know how to get past parts of this kink that squick/gross you out?

For me its cat allergies. I totally get why people are into them and that its super common, but it just makes me so uncomfortable! I think its because that's what causes me the most discomfort IRL. I have two cats so I always deep clean the house before we have visitors and lint roll myself as soon as I get to the office. Also one of my cats is super outgoing and has/will pester an allergic person until they pet him. The other sheds and has a lot of dandruff so I think she's like super-allergenic.

Do I just try to ignore it? Do I try to write explicit fics to push past it? Maybe I can do fantasy/sci-fi settings to make it less like real life.

okay chhinkni people I have a question, my partner always gets so irritated in his throat after he’s used chhinkni, and I’ve tried to tell him to sniff it more softly 😂😅 but it doesn’t seem to help, so my question is does anyone have any golden tips for avoiding this or help make it less???

So... you know in the snzblr community, we all have causes of sneezing that makes us melt (for example, inducing.)

Is there something you're not into?

Personally, I'm not sure if it's my love for pets... but I'm not really into fur allergies. It's not bad if anyone enjoys that kind of thing, I'm just kinda 'meh' towards it. However, on the opposite side of the spectrum- I am such a sucker for pollen allergies and scent sensitivities.
