It’s been impossible to extricate our hearts from Vallis Alps since the Australian duo quickly became an indie favorite among tastemakers a few years ago with the release of their debut self titled EP. The pair went on to dazzle me with their live sets, and we can’t wait to see them again now that they have fresh new music to perform. Vallis Alps shared their new single So Settled earlier today, showcasing a light and airy, tropical and breezy new iteration to their lithesome burbling electro pop. Whimsical strings and bright chimes give the coruscant song a fantastically enchanting aura. Though it’s only been out for a few hours, So Settled has already topped Spotify’s New Music Friday playlist. The brightly euphoric, weightless fluttering aria exhibits Tosif’s effortless vocals and Ansari’s vibrantly confident production. You can grab the gorgeous new single from iTunes, here.
Can I just say...falling asleep cuddled up with my girl every night and waking up to her cute little face every morning is the most comforting and satisfying thing ever.

“’So Settled’ is an uncharacteristically warm entry from Vallis Alps, that manages to channel the energy of San Fermin without betraying the depth and significance I've come to expect from their lyrics. Curious to see how this change in direction translates to their future work, but it has me excited to see warmer textures in their sound, and the vocals are, of course, flawless as usual." - @pupingot
