Hurt Ben with Glasses + Soft Callum
Woooofieeee
——————
No insults or teases were said today. Callum hated to admit that he missed the boys snickering charm that would always send Callum’s heart to the sky. No, for about 2 days, Callum hasn’t heard anything about Ben. He, at first, tried to prove to himself that he didn’t need Ben, but after the first day went by, he was dreading the moments he wouldn’t be able to see Bens familiar and warming features. He was a complete dick, that is what Ben was. But Callum came to realise that he likes Ben for being like that. “What happened to Ben?” Tina whispered to Kathy, only metres away from where Callum stood, near the counter waiting to order. Callum understood every word they were saying. “Got beaten half to death! I tell you Tine, he scared the life out of me. Not to mention he refused for anyone to help him, he still looks pretty bruised up.” Callum’s eyes widen in shock. Kathy’s word stung Callum’s throat, and Callum now realised his own legs were dragging him to Bens gate. The door wasn’t open, so Callum banged on the door harshly. He waited for a response and surely got one. The door slowly open, to show a weak Ben. Callum gasped at first. Bens hair was a mess. He had his glasses on however which made Callum gulp. He wore a sweater type shirt which was clearly way to big for him, presuming it’s Ian’s and joggers for his pants. He looked very tired and Callum noticed the painful scars placed on his face. Ben nodded slightly, almost like telling himself Callum was there. He stumbled into his home slightly, allowing Callum to walk through. Ben rubbed his eyes and yawned loudly. “H-Hi...” Ben softly said, between his begs for sleep. “Hi.” Callum awkwardly responded. Ben looked at him, his eyes soft and full of wonder. “Why are you here?” Ben almost to softly asked, sounding like a new sweet person the tough Ben could never portray. “To take care of those bruises- they look pretty bad, Ben...” Ben put his finger on his cut lip, and licked it slightly. He pulled his finger away and starred at it. He popped his tongue and drooped his eyes. “I’m fine, Cal..” and with that, he pulled himself into his living room and on the couch. Callum studied the boys actions. For starters, Ben was limping. And he sat down very slowly, groaning and holding his chest tightly. “You alright?” Callum asked, approaching him slowly. “F-fi- arugh!” Ben cut himself off, by painful groaning in pain while tighting his grip on his chest. Callum jogged fastly towards Ben, swiftly going on his knees and by Bens side. Ben softly chuckled, almost painfully. “O-On y-your knees, a-agai- ha!” Ben coughed out, sounding as if something was suffocating him. Callum ignored Bens comment and placed his hands around Bens chest, feeling around. “Can I?” Callum asked softly, slightly tugging up on Bens shirt. The shorter nodded softly as he felt Callum’s warm touch pull his shirt up. Ben didn’t look at his chest at first, loosing his contact to the world while glaring at the tallers eyes. He was cut off in his thoughts when he heard Callum do a sharp gasp. “Ben!” Callum yelled, suddenly alarmed. “Hmm...” Ben hummed, looking down at his chest. He had a massive bruise leading down his rib cage, bigger than expected. “D-Do you think I broke s-something?” The shorter mumbled, watching Callum’s gaze lock in his. “Maybe a rib, we need to get you to a hospital!” Callum rushed him, on his feet and trying to pull Ben gently up. Ben hissed at the sudden movement and shrugged down. “N-No! If I do that I-I’ll be questioned!” Ben admitted to, obviously have done something to alarm this situation. Callum sighed and rubbed his face, something he normally does when he’s thinking or annoyed. “Ok fine! I’ll take you into you room and fix these bruises.” Callum gave in and handed his hand out for Ben to take. However, he didn’t get a response, only Ben slowly shaking his head. “D-Don’t.... I don’t want to bother you...” Ben softly said, quietening his voice level. Callum heart flustered and had a warmth feeling flow through him
“I can’t leave you like this! Please, let me help you Ben!” Callum begged, suddenly feeling so much pressure in his heart. His heart thudded and he felt his mouth twitch. He watched Ben huff out and stare at Callum’s eyes. It didn’t take long till Ben slowly sighed and nodded, slowly sitting up on the couch. Callum stretch his arm out and placed it around Bens waist and Ben places his arm around his shoulder. Ben snuggled his head into Callum’s neck, slowly feeling his body numb. Callum led the two into Bens bedroom and placed him in his bed. Ben bit his lip in the pain. Callum noticed this reaction. “Sorry!” Callum apologised quickly, scanning his room. “It’s fine...” Ben replied softly, admiring Callum. “Uh! Have you got alcohol?” Callum asked, looking around the room. “A-Abit early isn’t it...” Ben chuckled and started to whimper at the sudden pain as he moved his shoulder. Callum glared at him sternly and seriously. “D-Down stairs in the kitchen! I-In the top cabinet...” Ben explained, his voice being sharp and holding so much pain. Callum left the room and searched the cabinet downstairs where Ben told him. He found vodka and sighed, noticing how half of it was gone and how he knew about Bens drinking problem. He’s seen Ben drinking for weeks and days now, no one else noticing how much he’s actually drinking a day. He shakes his head and forgets his thoughts, travelling back up the stairs. “Ok sit up.” Callum told Ben, watching as Ben pulled himself up.
After Callum cleaning Bens scars, he placed the bloody cloth on a bed shelf next to them. He let his emotions get the best of him. Whitney, Stuart, everyone was gone from his mind. It was only Ben in his thoughts. In his heart. They stay in silent. “Your chest needs to get better... I-I presume you have to stay in bed all day, until it’s better. I’ll come back tomorrow and check on you...” Callum stated, feeling as if he wanted to do something. Ben nodded and did a small ‘thanks’. Callum nodded in response. He knew he had to do something. Ben was laying in the bed, well sat up in the bed. Callum sat on the bed with Ben and felt the urge to stay. Callum thought for a second before mumbling to himself. “Fuck it-!” Callum said before placing his lips forcefully on Bens. His glasses moved slightly up. It obviously took Ben by surprise, as when Callum pulled away Ben stayed in the same position. His faced was flushed as his glasses were unbalanced. His mouth was slightly open and his hands were still up from when he felt Callum’s shoulders hit him for the kiss. He surely snapped out of it, fixing his glasses and chuckling softly. Callum smiled widely at Bens reaction. “Ha sorry.” Callum replied chuckling, hand rubbing the back of his neck. Ben shook his head and chuckled as well. “U-Uh... it’s ok!” Ben replied, embarrassed for being this flustered. Callum felt his cheeks flush and he slowly leaned in again. Ben this time, closed his eyes. Their lips conected and they stayed like this for some time. Callum gently placed one hand on Bens cheek and stroke it with his thumb, pulling away from the kiss again. “What happened to staying away from me?” Ben joked, leaning into Callum’s touch. Callum laughed and smooched Bens jaw line. “Shut it or I’ll leave!” Callum threatened, smiling at the new happy emotions flowing in his blood. “Well, are you going to lay next to me or what?” Ben asked, giggling as he laid deeper into the bed. Callum laughed in response as he shuffled next to Ben. Ben kisses Callum’s cheek and let Callum hug him.Somehow, he felt all pain disappear.
Ben when he starts catching feels when playing games with Callum:
Callum: I’m straight!
Ben:
Callum: I want nothing to do with you!
Ben: *leaves*
Callum to Ben:
Ben, at night in Callum’s bed:every odd number always contains an ‘e’
Callum: What?
Ben: every odd number always contain an ‘e’!!!
Callum: Ben it’s 3am
Ben: thr’ee’ am
Callum: oh my god-!wait why are you in my house?!
When you see Callum and Ben fight each other but then they begun to kiss:
He was thrown across the floor, falling back into a position he was used to being put on. His father stood at his gate, spitting his slicing words at his own son. Sharon and the rest tried to pull Phil back before he physically hurt Ben again . He hated when his father got like this. He would forget that the other people lived here causing a crowd. Ben couldn’t risk being seen weak or vulnerable, he couldn’t stand the bullying or the teasing anymore. He didn’t even hear his father now. All he could hear was the voices of the crowd, spreading rumours and gossip. They’re eyes and glares stung Bens skin and made him feel fear in his heart. Ben pulled himself up, sniffling the bleeding nose he had after his father hit him multiple times. He could feel developing bruises and cuts form on his body. “Now you never! Never! Come back!” His father yelled with all his strength. Ben watched as his family walked away from him like always, shutting the gate on him like they always did. Ben felt tears form in his eyes but shook them off. He looked at the crowd of all the other villagers. “Yes?!” Ben howled at them. “What are you looking at?!” Ben screamed with all his pain and anger. The people flinched at the sudden realisation that they were there and started walking away. Ben ripped at his hair as he silently screamed in his arm. Ben started to run. Run into an isolated area. He ran till he found a alley way and traveled through it. He slid his back on the wall and started sobbing. He angrily kicked the floor, yelling and howling at people.
It wasn’t long till Ben was at the pub. Not the vic however or the E20. Not even the Prince Albert. He was in a pub he hasn’t been in before. New faces and new people. He didn’t have to pretend to be something he wasn’t. He didn’t have to pretend he was strong. He sat in the corner, a circular table and a sofa type chair. The pub was very old fashion, normally only holding old people. It was rather empty and only had around 3 other people other than Ben. He drank the vodka as if it was the end of the world. He caught some people staring and flipped them off. He soon finished his last vodka, and bourght another. About to down it, he felt a strong grip get ahold of it and snatch it off him. Ben instantly growled and looked up to see who took it away from him. “Callum!” He hissed between his burning tongue. He tried to yank it back but Callum held it on top of his head, smirking at the height difference. “Uh huh... No more for you!” Callum chuckled abit as he watched Ben puff out his chest and groan like a toddler. “W... What are youuuuu doing here?” Ben slurred, expanding the ‘ou’. Callum placed the vodka on the table. “So you don’t get yourself killed, come on! We’re going home..” Callum stated, pulling Bens arm around his shoulder and standing up. “I don’t want to go hom....” Ben complained, pulling his arm away from Callum’s grasp and pulling himself into the chair. “Mum will be sad..... She! Will be dis-a-pointed.” Ben chuckled, clapping his hands on every syllable in disappointed. Callum sighed in annoyance. “My house then.” Callum asked. Ben looked away and bit his lip as if he was thinking. “Whitney?” Ben asked, titling his head towards Callum like a lost puppy. “I’ll get her away from you.” Callum protested, wanting to help Ben a lot. “W-What....” Ben slurred, questioning what he meant. “I’ll tell her to sleep at Ruby’s or something, I’ll get Jay to help.” Callum simply replied. Ben nodded softly and sneezed like a small kitten. Callum laughed at seeing the big tough guy being as sweet as a small kitten. A kitten made sense to Callum to describe Ben. They act all tough and could hurt you if you mess with them, but will always have that snuggle and soft side to them. Callum smiled widely at his own thought. “What did you say?” Callum heard Ben ask him. “W-What!” Callum suddenly asked, wondering if he spoke out loud. He watched Ben huff and cross his arms. “I’m not a kitten!” Ben deflated, sliding his body down the chair. “Yes and I can fly! Come on, let’s go home!” Callum sarcastically rolled his eyes. “Why do you want to help me?” Ben expanded the ‘e’ in me and started smiling widely at his own stupidity. “I care about you Ben.” Callum seriously said, softly into Bens ears. Ben felt a rush of happiness and felt his head heat up. He felt tingly feelings in his stomach and his heart beat faster. “O-Oh...” Ben sighed. He didn’t know how to respond. He felt Callum nod and put Bens arm around Callum’s shoulder. Callum held Bens hand which laid on his shoulder and his other hand on the side of Bens waist. Ben wobbled out the Pub, giggling at when the pair would stumble around. Callum laughed and played along with Ben, swaying him left to right on purpose. Ben was obvious waisted, finding little things hilarious. Ben leaned his head on Callum’s neck, feeling his cheeks burn. It was night time now, everyone was asleep probably. “We can’t go back..” Callum addressed. “Whitney home?” Ben asked, leaning towards Callum’s face. Callum assumed Ben was going to kiss him and wished he did. But Ben stopped before doing that, glaring into Callum’s deep eyes. The pair stayed like this, not wanting to move. “Kathy’s?” Ben slurred, nibbling at his own top lip. Callum nodded.
Ben and Callum was now in Bens room. Callum placed Ben on his bed and asked where he kept his first aid. Ben replied with a soft ‘bathroom’ and laid on his bed, scruffling his face in his fluffy blanket. He walked back into the room, wiping Bens bruises with a wet cloth. When he was done, he placed the first aid next to the shelf next to the bed. Callum was about to pull away, when he felt a tug on his collar and lips connect with his. He felt the taste of vodka but eased into the kiss, suddenly feeling a blurge of emotion. Callum layed on top of Ben, snuggling his face with his. He felt Ben beneath him slide his hand behind his back, pulling Callum in more. They both pulled away for air and Callum laughed. “Round 2?” Ben asked, having a smug smile placed on his lips. “When you’re sober! But I’ll be happy to hug you all night..” Callum suggested. Ben pouted at first, but pushed Callum beside him and layed on top of him. Ben held onto Callum’s chest and Callum wrapped his arms around the shorter, squeezing him tightly. “I-I... Loooove you Caaalum!” Ben slurred, giggling into Callum’s chest, tickling Callum. “Love you too Boo.” Callum laughed along. “Yum!” He heard Ben nod and snuggle into his chest more, drifting into a peaceful sleep...
