have you ever been at rock bottom, and like you realized how many people you pushed away and how many bridges you burned and you just realize that you've become everything you never and always told yourself you'd never be? and that you're in your mid 20s with absolutely nothing to show for it. and you're just alone and miserable all the time, and the alcohol doesn't work anymore and you know you HAVE to change immediately if you're ever going to but you just don't know where to start?

someone asked me this a really, really long time ago. i never answered it because it felt as if they were targeting me in some weird, passive aggressive way and i was always paranoid because i was on drugs. i did all of those things. now i think they just wanted someone to talk to and i feel shitty for never responding. if you’re out there stranger, i totally understand.
