(2/?) can you elaborate on what you mean about behavioral issues with social/moral codes and authority? could you give broad/general/specific examples? im having difficulty conceptualizing it (aside from legal; the meaning is obvious and not something i personally have an issue with because im a coward and dont want to risk getting caught for things that arent like normie stuff like drugs or pirating stuff lmao) and i want a frame of reference for my own behavior. (sorry. for another question again)

Social code: Anything to do with being polite, basically social norms such as no lying, talking bad about someone, etc. If you were thought of as rude (or would have been if you were caught), you violated social code.

Moral code: cheating (spouses, partners, tests, homework, etc), taking advantage of people, manipulating people/situations, being “selfish” or “ruthless”, etc. If you’d be called an asshole for it, you violated moral code.

Authority: talking back, acting superior to people “in charge” (even when you genuinely are superior), doing things in a different way than you’re instructed to do them (even if it’s more efficient), going “behind their back” or “over their head”, not following chain of command, pointing out the mistakes of those “in charge” (especially publicly, they hate that!), ignoring verbal rules because they “aren’t enforceable because they aren’t written rules”, etc. If you’d be called insubordinate for it, you violated rules of authority.

I can if I am able to enforce the social code - and not out of fear alone, but through pure belief in the social code. This means the battle will be uphill, but if we were to teach our children the code, and the reasons for its implementation, then we will eventually see success.

Individual Social Code - upgrade to MBTI

Popular test MBTI is taken by more than 2.5 million people annually and used by 89 of the Fortune 100 companies. The Myer-Briggs Type Indicator is a modern personality test, which describes the strong and weak sides of individual and shows his main paths to solve problems, get knowledge and make decisions.

However, MBTI system does not meet four standards (says Adam Grant, professor): reliable, valid, independent and comprehensive.

Individual Social Code is aimed to improve that disadvantages for MBT.I

The first point is that ISC provides the same results all the times and depends only on the core data. However, many will argue, ISC will not replace the MBTI because it less in personalization. Of course, the ISC should have more options to determine personalities more precise and it will in the next generation of the algorithms which will be very soon.

The second point is that MBTI is not connected with the environment, whereas ISC use the so-called “third parameter”- which is conditioning. ISC use data about environment and apply it to personality. We use the geo-target to determine the environment and also, we are persistent in collecting data from surroundings.

Thirdly, MBTI set a certain personality a certain result. User can be only Introvert or Extravert, which is not correct. In the ISC we show that person can be more introvert than extravert, what  means that mostly introvert are likely be introvert in all situations, but we not exclude the possibility of being extravert sometimes. (Example: Peter is 100% Introvert and 75% Extravert, according to the ISC analyses. This shows that Peter would rather go for reading a book, but not exclude that he can be the “soul of the party”. On the other hand the 100% Introvert and 0% Extravert will be always introvert according to ISC).

And the fourth parameter is conscientiousness, which is very difficult to determine due to the hidden nature of this trait. Many people cannot answer for themselves on this question whether they have enough conscientiousness or not. That is why this trait is a weak side of MBTI. The future generation of the ISC will improve this as well and algorithm will be able approximately identify the level of conscientiousness.

All in all, we can consider ISC as a module or upgrade to MBTI system and make the MBTI results more accurate. We have replaced boring questioner to fast and efficient data search from the open sources online.
