I had to take a "forced" break to do a little rehab for my body. I literally was craving going for a run.i sent my favorite running buddy off yesterday with my husband and had serious fomo feelings. Unfortunately I had to leave the little guy home for this run as well so that I didnt exacerbate my injuries but that just meant I got to get out by myself and take a very easy pace to make sure I stayed in control of my body and could focus in on all my feedback I was getting. It wasn't a perfect run, there were plenty of times I had to breathe deeply and focus on relaxing my hips. But what was perfect about this run was that I got out there and did it for me. I didn't think about the clock, or keeping up with anyone, or impressing followers on my strava. It was just me, my music, and the run. And that is what really matters.
