The soft pretzel buns, juicy chicken, and tangy beer cheese sauce in these Beer Cheese Chicken Pretzel Sliders make them a great treat. Great for parties or as a tasty snack!
Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into small pieces. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup beer cheese sauce. 12 small pretzel slider buns. 2 tablespoons butter, melted. 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup chopped green onions.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Add salt and pepper to the chicken pieces. Around 5 to 7 minutes of cooking on medium heat will be enough to make the chicken fully cooked. On a separate baking sheet, cut the pretzel buns in half and place them on it. Put melted butter on top of each half of the pretzel bun. Warm the oven up and toast the buns for 5 minutes. Lay a half-bun on its bottom and cover it with beer cheese sauce. Put cooked chicken pieces on top of each one. Add some crumbled cheddar cheese on top of the chicken. Put the pretzel bun top halves on top. Put the sliders back in the oven and bake for five more minutes, or until the cheese melts. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
