Possible Connection Between the Green and Solar Ranger?

Upon reading issue #16 of Go Go Power Rangers, we get our first look at a being that used the Green Power Coin before Tommy had it; an alien named Loriyan. Rita commissioned for him to steal it for her but upon discovering how truly powerful it was he opted to morph and attempted to best Rita with it. 

Interestingly enough, as he was morphed the suit seemed to have the same glitching effect that the Solar Ranger has in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (starting at issue #31). 

The reason for Ellarien’s – the Solar Ranger – glitches was based on the fact that the Solarix seemed to respond to and be tied to her emotional state; when her mind was clear, her powers worked without falter but, when she felt emotions such as doubt, anger and or guilt the glitches would occur. 

I’m curious if this was the same reason for Loriyan’s apparent glitches. Or, could it be something more? Maybe along the lines of his heart being too corrupted with negative emotions and selfish nature; as so, the Green Power Coin was rejecting him as the Green Ranger. Rita, herself, even says that it takes a special person to wield the coins.

Moreover, I wonder if this little shared phenomenon is a nice, little clue of an even bigger reveal down the line of maybe the Green Ranger and the Solar Ranger have a more direct connection. Ultimately, it was Lord Drakkon – who started out with Green Ranger power – that caused the Beyond the Grid rangers to be in their current predicament of trapped inside an ever-dying universe, housing the Solarix and subsequently the presence of the Solar Ranger. Plus, the Preator knows of Lord Drakkon’s existence… We’ve seen how great the story can get when the writers synergize; I can’t wait to see IF this potential connection proves to be true and what they do with it.

Context of this mini comic:

Solar and Medix are on a date at a mountain near the academy. They were talking about some things, like how they were back when they were young, which made it a little sad. So Solar decided to find something positive to talk about. Then he sees the night sky and thought how divine the stars were, so he talked about stars and how he thinks they are amazing at night. Then he sees one beautiful and bright blue star, and all he could see in that star is Medix. So he said in the first picture, “Hey, there is a blue star. It’s so bright and beautiful. Just like you.” And Medix loved that compliment, because no one has really complimented in his life, back at Cybertron. Then they both held hands together as they watch the nightly sky full of beautiful stars.

I don’t know, but I really crave for Solarix fanart from other artists, I just like it when people draw my oc and I just love every style, no matter how flawed it is.

  2 gün önce sizlere tanıtımını yaptığımız oldukça etkileyici olan Solarix adlı oyunun çıkmasına 3 gün kala bir Türkçe tanıtım videosu daha yayınlandı.

  Türk Yapımı oyunlardan bu sene içinde belkide en dikkat çekicisi ve en güzeli olan Solarix adlı oyunu sizlere bu haberimiz üzerinden duyurmuştuk. Oldukça güzel dönütler gelen bu oyun bilim kurgu, stealth ve gerilim odaklı olarak karşımıza çıkıyor. Şu anda boş zamanlarında test ettiğim oyunu oynarken oldukça gerildiğimi ve aynı zamanda çok zevk aldığımı söylemeliyim. Şu aşamada İngilizce olan oyunun bu dildeki seslendirmeleri oldukça iyi olduğunu belirtmeliyim. Daha oyunun başlarında olmama rağmen benden şimdiden geçer not alan Solarix oldukça iddialı geliyor. PulseTense Games tarafından geliştirilen oyun, 30 Nisan'da satışa çıkacak ve ilk olarak İngilizce diliyle Steam'de yer bulacak. Fakat 1 ay içinde, yani Mayıs ayında %100 Türkçe dil seçeneğinin ekleneceği bir güncelleme alarak kullanıcılara Türk yapımı oyunun tamamen Türkçe olarak oynanmasına da olacak tanıyacak.

  Yukarıda gördüğünüz daha önce çıkan trailerda bizimle iletişim kuran fakat sürekli bizi germeye, sinirimizi bozmaya çalışan Betty adlı karakterin seslendirmesini görmekteyiz. Ninni söylemesinden bile ne kadar sinir bozucu olduğunu anlayabildiğimiz Betty, bize yardımcı olan AMI adlı yapay zekanın kötü versiyonu olarak algıladığımı söylemiş olayım. Şimdiki yeni trailerda ise oyunun tanıtım videosu olarak karşımıza çıkacak. Türkçe seslendirmeleri de rahatça anlayabildiğimiz video oldukça başarılı yapılmış. Genel olarak 5 yıllık emeğin karşılığını alacaklarına inandığım Solarix'i tarafsız olarak herkese tavsiye ediyorum. Böylesine bir oyunda Türk imzası olması da gurur verici olduğunu söylemek isterim. Lafı fazla uzatmadan da sizleri yeni trailer ile başbaşa bırakıyorum. Video altında da oyunun Steam ve diğer sosyal medya bağlantılarını bulabilirsiniz.
