It rejects slut-shaming or otherwise being ableist about STIs. It develops a concept of safer sex that is intersex/sex variant, trans/gender variant, and trauma-inclusive. You may hear this term used by nonBlack people claiming to teach it, so know your shit and get the real definition and praxis here. After all, ethics is not about talking points; it's about how you treat ALL the people, especially those you don't love romantically and/or those you don't want to fuck or who don't want to fuck you.
