Graduation. (Found this on my drafts)
I found this in my drafts and I thought it would be nice to throw this out there. It's the letter that was supposed to go along with my graduation present for everyone, but it never happened. It was also supposed to be a lot more mushy than it already it is because I like that stuff, lol. Anyway here you go....
First off I want to say congratulations to the CLASS OF 2012! We all might have been holding on by a thread, but we made it!
So yeah, it's December 31, 2011. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO JUNE, but for some reason I was thinking of all of you and I was inspired to write this. Today I was laying in bed and started reflecting on the past year, well actually the past four years. I'm not gonna lie, a lot of things have changed since then and now. It's been amazing though. I could honestly say that I accomplished everything on my list of goals in high school (except the "get good grades" part, but that's irrelevant). Reality is slowly catching up with me. I'm actually growing up. WE'RE actually growing up. It's crazy to think about. Anyway, this letter is about me and my realization. This is about how each and everyone of you have been the greatest thing that ever happened to me.
warning! this will be very long.
Let me start off by telling you the list of things I wanted to do in high school.
Make new friends
Get good grades
Get into college
Be part of a school fight
Go to Prom
Fall in love
Have lots of adventures
Make lots of memories
Take lots of pictures
Graduate
The list seems a little general, I know. But I'll specify it right now. (well the ones that apply)
MAKE NEW FRIENDS and FALL IN LOVE: This was probably the best one on the list because I was able to meet you wonderful freaks. After these four years, I never knew it was possible to fall in love, but I did. I fell in love with you guys. <3
....and it ended there...
