Can you tell us one headcanon you have for each member of the order? It can be absolutely anything, evidence in canon or no.
Anon I know which order you meant to ask for, but you just asked an Order of the Scribble superfan about an "order" without specifying further. So I will be jumping on that opportunity.
Dorukan's mother was a bard and told plenty of (likely exaggerated but true) stories in Dorukan's youth. While Dorukan never fully grasped things such as medium awareness and story structure, he took to heart stories about the power of Good, and his mother is the reason his gate is open to those pure of heart. Additionally, Dorukan likes watching Girard tell stories with illusion accompaniment. It reminds him of how his mother used to tell stories.
Girard's dump stat is Constitution, and as a child he used to get sick a lot. This combined with him being the youngest of his siblings meant he got babied a lot, which was annoying but he also learned to use that to his advantage. It took him finishing his quest for his family to fully stop viewing him in that light, though they always remained protective over him—and hostile to most of his party (sans Serini and Kraagor).
Despite being a barbarian, Kraagor had slightly above average scores in both Intelligence and Wisdom, his only dump stat being Charisma. Still, he never spent any skill points on learning how to read, considering it a useless skill for his line of work, especially when he has 5 people to read for him (and he figured he'd stay with at least Girard and Serini forever). Girard used to press Kraagor to learn to read so he could take over map-related duties, because Girard HATED making maps. Kraagor hated the idea even more and thought it was best to use your tracking skills and intuition instead of relying on a piece of paper. So this request from Girard earned him a punch on the arm, which Girard always acted dramatic about.
Lirian had high Charisma and was on good terms with everyone in the party, but she was also secretly a major introvert and did not like being around her party members 24/7, even if she liked them as people. Whenever the Order would make camp for the night, Lirian would typically wait for everyone (except the person on watch) to fall asleep, and then would wander far away from the party to decompress and be alone for a few hours before returning to trance. She's gotten into a few bad situations and solo adventures this way, but she never stopped doing it, just made sure to have Sending prepared and checked who had tonight's watch.
Serini was a hopeless romantic and has had a crush on every one of her party members at one point or another. After an awkward attempt at dating Girard, which lasted about three weeks before they amicably broke up, Serini opted to not ask out another party member and simply suffer in silence with every other crush she had. Every crush was deemed embarrassing, cringeworthy, and not to be brought up again soon after it faded.
Soon may not be a rogue, but he has more of an appreciation for shiny things than anyone else in the party. When not in his full plate armor, he'll typically wear a decent amount of jewlery, and whenever he gets the opportunity, he'll pick up a little bit of shiny things to collect as trinkets. Soon also has a collection of mugs at home, ranging from intricately crafted and decorated to one that simply says "All my children have hooves", and it's best that you ask which ones you're allowed to use or wait for Soon to serve you himself.
Ask me for more info about these freaks any time (please I'm begging you)
Serini: Let's split up, built our strongholds to defend the gates, and never talk to each other again.
Soon: Okay, you have my word as a paladin.
Serini: Also, I'm going to need a little bit of help.
Soon: No.

fun fact: I have no clue how Go works
honestly i see Soon as the kind of guy to simply be glad that Girard is even Entertaining the idea of learning Go. like, MAYBE, just maybe, he’ll pick up some patience and planning skills from it.... but probably not.
Knowing that the party would never travel again after what had been said, Serini devised a compromise that would allow the five adventurers to part ways while still protecting the five gates.
