To add to my feet problems I stubbed my pinky toe so hard it's purple.
"Not broken, just mildly sprained"
Hurts like nothing else, but all the doctors (like seriously the physio Dr, the X-ray guy AND the bone guy) all looked at it and the X-ray, and the cuts&abraisions Dr chicky too, got a long acting local a good clean and dressing and was out in under 2hrs.
I kinda feel like going into shock as badly as I did (pale, cold and clamby to the touch but I felt like I was boiling up, extreme virtigo, I vomited 3 times in the hospital carpark...) was a slight overreaction on my bodies part... Probably all this other BS stress in my life...
Just spent ten minutes updating various projects on my Ravelry account. Will be going back to crocheting in a mo (after giving my slightly twisted ankle a rub - its aching). I'm very friendly on Ravelry, you can add me (tinknevertalks) and I'll add you back. XD
So I guess I hurt my ankle
Hey everyone, So today I have been taking it easy. More because my ankle is stiff today. I had hurt it when everyone first came to the farmhouse so I think it's best I just take it easy.
I thought my ankle was getting better, but I don't think it is :( it's hurting more than it was yesterday. I want food but I'm struggling to walk, so the kitchen seems so far away!

Long day of moving, reuniting with friends and mentally preparing for classes to start. My busted foot/ankle is killing me so now it's time to call it an early night. Much love, all.
Marathon training W5D3
Feeling very grumpy this morning. I was supposed to run 3 miles and I started to on the treadmill, but my ankle was still bothering me after 1 mile, so I decided to switch to the elliptical. It took me 3 of them to get one that worked properly! Annoying. Does anyone have any advice on my ankle pain? It hurts above my inner left one. Not the bone, but the soft part above it. After my run I went to do some ab exercises and was going to do leg lifts but I couldn't because it hurt my hips too much :( And I had to come back to work today and the drive in was just beyond annoying. People lose their minds when there's snow on the ground. Meh :( Hopefully today gets better! If not, I at least have the Biggest Loser to watch later haha
Training lite
So my ankle is still a little sore, the past few days I have laid off the running and have been to the gym (wed) and swimming (yesterday). I think I've figured how it came about though as the day after the gym it really started to hurt again. I figure it must have been caused or aggravated by these cable exercises I've been doing. Particularly the cable wood chopper. I'm probably not doing it correctly so I'm just gonna knock it out of my routine and add something in its place. So I'm going to do a run a very easy medium ish run tomorrow if my ankle feels up to it.
