Inventing a new sorting algorithm:

Tantrum Sort

It checks an array of length n and ends if all the elements are in ascending order. If not, then as soon as it finds a value i that is less than the previous value i - 1, it deletes every element in the array and appends the numbes 0 through n to the array and repeats.
